General Questions / Hotelnavigator Quality Seal

Q: What kind of reviews are collected and saved by the software?
A: Hotelnavigator considers ALL posted reviews on booking and review platforms.

Q: How does the Certificate valuation work?
A: After our tool collected all guest reviews, that can be found from your hotel, it will create a sophisticated graphical overview
over all reviews and calculate the mean, for our certificate.

Q: Will reviews be filtered?
A: Hotelnavigator just collects existing reviews from all major booking and review platforms and therefore we cannot filter reviews.

Q: How can I integrate the Quality Certificate on my own website?
A: Hotelnavigator can individualize the certificate to your demands and integrate it perfectly into your website design.

Q: What is the Cockpit-Report?
A: We provide you with a Cockpit Report every three months, which evaluates strengths and weaknesses based on guest reviews,
collected from the major booking and review platforms. This will help you tremendously to identify opportunities and threats, which
will also be laid out for you, by our professional team in the report. This can serve you as an objective analysis of your hotel and can
even be used by the Hotel as an internal quality management tool.

Q: Do I have to decide what extra services to book at the conclusion of contract?
A: No, you always have the possibility to add extra services to your already existing one, any time you want.

Q: Is there a testing scheme for Hotelnavigator?
A: Yes, if you contact us, we will compile a sample evaluation of your hotel for you.

 

Questionnaire-Tool

Q: Who compiles the individual questions for my questionnaire?
A: If you already use a type of questionnaire (e.g. paper-format-questionnaire), we can easily transfer them.
However, we will compile a set of questions for you and will evaluate together with you which questions are the most adequate for you.

Q: Is the questionnaire only available in English?
A: No! If you would like us to translate your questionnaire in German, we will do this for you.

Q: How does the forwarding to my guests work?
A: We will work out individual ways which suit you the best to forward the questionnaires. However a good way always is to forward the
survey together with a Thank-You-Email to your guests or integrate it directly on your website.

Q: Do I have to evaluate all answers myself?
A: No! Our tool will integrate all replies to your questionnaires automatically into the system and display them as a separate column in the quality certificate.

 

Hotel-Competitor-Check

Q: Is it possible to book the Hotel-Competitor-Check, without having Hotelnavigator?
A: No! The usage of this tool is bound to the existing usage of Hotelnavigator.

Q: How many hotels can I compare with this tool?
A: Ordering this tool allows you to compare up to nine different hotels with your hotel, however if you would like to compare even more hotels,
just contact us and we will find a way realize your wish.

 

Facebook-Interface

Q: Which requirements do I have to have to use this tool?
A: The only requirements are that you already use Hotelnavigator and have your own Facebook fanpage. If you do not already have your own Facebook page,
our team will happily assist you in creating one.

Q: How long does it take to integrate the Facebook Interface?
A: Integration of the interface takes less than one day after ordering the tool.
